Richard Price

Consultant
With over 45 years experience within the industry, Richard has been involved in many of our most prestigious projects. He took over as company director in 2003 when the founders retired and headed up the structural, civil and drainage teams. He provides invaluable design knowledge to support and mentor employees and encourage innovative building practices.
Lewis Denton

Director
Lewis joined as a project engineer in 2015 and based on his structural knowledge and professionalism, his progression has taken him to director level following chartership in 2020. He has excellent relations with all team members to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard He also is keen on sustainability in design and stays abreast of technological advances.
Natasha Gasson

Director
Natasha is our Finance, HR and Office Manager, and deals with the day to day running of the company. She has excellent relationships with clients and employees and has gained invaluable knowledge of all areas of the business since she started with us in 1999. She is highly respected and has played a key role in shaping the company into what it is today.
Paul Chappell

Consultant
Alongside Richard, Paul took over as company director in 2003. With over 35 years experience within the construction industry, he headed up the structural team and mentored employees to progress their professional qualifications until his decision to step back from the company and retire in 2023.
Malcolm Reynolds

Senior Engineer
Malcolm is a senior project engineer and has been an associate since 2001. He has over 50 years experience within the construction industry and has a keen interest in historic and listed properties, providing a sympathetic approach to restorations.
James Woodley

Senior Engineer
James joined us a project engineer in 2020, and despite an unusual start to his employment due to lockdown, his methodical approach to structural design has ensured he has become a well respected and integral part of the team. So much so, that in 2023 he was promoted to Senior Engineer.
Angela Cordoba

Structural Engineer
Angela joined us in 2022 as a structural engineer with over 16 years experience within the Construction Industry. She works remotely from Spain.
Salman Zeb
BEng
Structural Engineer
Salman started with us in 2023 as a structural engineer with 6 years design experience in a broad range of materials such concrete, steel,
masonry and timber.
He is currently working towards his chartership.
Sophie Booth
Office Administrator
Sophie joined us in 2016 as an Office Administrator. Her attention to detail and communication skills are critical to maintaining an efficient service to our clients and design team members, with whom she has developed good relationships. Sophie is a qualified first aider.
