Structural Reports

We carry out feasibility and structural assessment reports for commercial and domestic clients looking to redevelop or modernise existing properties, as well as providing reports on identified structural issues.

We also support Property Managers, Building Surveyors and Homeowners where structural reports or advice is required to address highlighted areas of concern.

We also provide structural surveys within the residential property market to support house purchase and sales.

Civil Engineering & Drainage

We support many of our clients with civil and drainage engineering works on their developments, including sustainable drainage design solutions.

We carry out Flood Risk Assessments, and deal with Build Over Agreements and site drainage design for commercial and domestic projects.

Our civil engineering services range from small housing development sites, estate roads and car park layouts, to retaining walls and landscape design works. 

Residential Development

We are able to offer design and drawing services to domestic clients in relation to submitting Planning and Building Regulation Applications in connection with extensions, loft conversions and general redevelopment of their property.
